∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Sales Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check attendance, Sales target & achievement, Tour plan of Salesforce
∎ Track & Follow-up field force regularly
∎ Ensure proper documentation (Application Form, Business Portfolio, Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, NID Copy, Bank Statement, Business & permanent Address) during appointment and termination of distributor
∎ Collect Various type of report (Sales report, Daily collection report, Credit collection report, Distributor point stock report, SKU wise reports) from Salesforce daily
∎ Work on Distributor's Sales Order by communicating with the respective department (Supply Chain, Accounts & Depot)
∎ Prepare various types of Note, Meeting Minutes, Meeting Agenda and arrange all kinds of Sales Meeting
∎ Provide Management order, Trade offer, administrative decision (i.e. transfer order, show cause notice etc. ) , various promotional or motivational program or any other information to field force via sms and phone call.
∎ Draft different policy (i.e.: Area demarcation) for sales as and when required.
∎ Lead the administrative work and Keep updated information of Product price list, Distributor list, Sales Representative list, Retail outlet list.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
