∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Delivery Note in tally software.
∎ Prepare Invoice in tally software.
∎ Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, IT, logistics & plant for all related issues.
∎ Prepare report in Excel as per instruction of Reporting Supervisor Check & prepare reports on pending sales bills and sales orders.
∎ Follow-up bill by bill posting & make necessary corrections (if any) Review party overdue and inform related Sales person to take required actions.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
