Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with existing clients & deal with them via Phone call & E Mail.
Build up a strong relationship with Clients & to give them necessary information regarding products, performance of product & attract them in business.
Prepare Monthly/Yearly report on sales planning, forecasting and distribution.
Review the progress status of existing order and prepare for to client delivery.
Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor time to time.
