Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Graduation in CSE & EEE will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and selecting the best route for each flight, taking factors into account such as weather, air traffic, and fuel efficiency.
∎ Use various tools and software to optimize flight plans and ensure safe and efficient operations with reasonable route and fuel.
∎ Responsible for managing the fuel supply for each flight.
∎ Calculate fuel for each flight considering the fuel regulations (OM-A & Annex-... of ICAO) and also company fuel policy.
∎ Work closely with other departments, such as operations, dispatch, and maintenance, to ensure that flights are properly coordinated and scheduled with safe fuel amount.
∎ Must ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant regulations and standards of fuel. They must follow procedures and guidelines to ensure safe and reliable operations in terms of organized Route and reasonable Fuel.
∎ Responsible for maintaining accurate records of fuel consumption, fuel orders, flight plans, and other relevant information.
∎ Ensure that fueling operations are conducted safely, using proper equipment and following established procedures.
∎ Identifying opportunities for improvement in fuel management and flight planning processes.
∎ Maintaining all EFB procedure like update of IPad, on board of IPad etc.
∎ Tracking fuel price of various station and supplier to get the best reasonable fuel price and advice fuel tankering if required.
∎ Monitor and validate all aeronautical bill (landing/overfly and all other bill) and prepare contingency route for emergency period.
∎ Prepare special route in case of any MEL/CDL also any alternative route for any closer/NOTAM.
∎ Study NOTAMs and weather to prepare best possible and economical viable route.
∎ Coordinate with accounts & finance for payment of fuel bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Excellent written & verbal English communication skill is a MUST
∎ Strong command over MS Office modules
∎ Must be a team player
