Responsibilities & Context:
- Communicate effectively with customers on revenue related matters
- Monitor billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing·
- Stay up-to-date with company trends and best practices in revenue assurance·
- Investigate and resolve revenue-related issues promptly·
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Working closely with senior-level staff to learn and develop necessary industry skills.
- Performing any other tasks as per assigned by the management
- Able to work in a team, willing to work after hours to get work done
- Day to day work report to Chief Operating Officer
