Responsibilities & Context:
- Design & implement nationwide retailer reward campaigns aligned with business & sales objectives
- Develop reward slabs based on retailer segmentation, sales targets, and product focus areas
- Update retailer databases in collaboration with the sales and distribution teams
- Coordinate with SCM department, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely reward delivery
- Monitor day-to-day campaign operations and troubleshoot retailer or sales team issues
- Manage retailer sales data, verify claim, and analyze patterns
- Generate weekly/monthly analytical reports and dashboards for management
- Track regional performance to identify participation gaps and support local teams
- Ensure on-time fulfillment of rewards, vouchers, or travel incentives
- Collect and analyze retailer feedback to improve future campaigns & long-term engagement
- Maintain control over campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Support campaign processes through portals, mobile apps, or CRM tools
