∎ Improve existing products by enhancing quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness
∎ Perform laboratory trials, stability studies, and analysis to evaluate new and existing products
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies
∎ Conduct document research findings, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
∎ Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to implement R&D initiatives
∎ Identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products in the market
∎ Assist in scale-up processes for manufacturing and troubleshooting technical issues
