Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in Hospitals/Clinic/Diagnostic centre
• Excellent in MS Excel, MS word and Internet etc
• Working experience in accounting software
• Working experience in same post preferable
• Ability to perform under pressure and give priorities effectively
• Should have good inter-personal skill
• Should have manageable abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy.
• Identify patient correctly by name, Hospital ID and age/ Date of birth
• Receive, check and sign for floats, key and other paperwork as required for operating a point of medical report delivery.
• Checking each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount.
• Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in report if necessary.
• Inform the patient of the amount due; process the transaction in appropriate manner.
• Always thanks customer after completing formalities.
• Provide information to the patients regarding medical report services of the Hospital.
• Ensure the accountability for the safekeeping of the report float.
• Operate and maintain all equipment's in correct manner and report any malfunction.
• Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by supervisor.
• Listen to the patient queries/ complaint and address the issue by your self
• Updating report spreadsheets.
• Effective communication skill
• Familiar in Customer service advanced level skill
• Complaint Handling skill
• Ability to work under pressure
