Experience in handling diagnostic, ICU, NICU, OT, ophthalmic, and laboratory equipment.

Familiarity with service contract management.

Ability to coordinate with vendors and manufacturers.

Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to respond to urgent technical issues beyond regular office hours.
