1. Promote and sell our products/services to potential clients

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships

3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

4. Meet sales targets and report on performance

5. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings.

6. Identify potential customers and generate leads

7. Present, promote, and sell products/services

8. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

9. Build and maintain strong client relationships

10. Negotiate contracts and close deals

11. Prepare sales reports and forecasts

12. Develop and execute marketing campaigns

13. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

14. Manage digital marketing (social media, email, ads, SEO basics)

15. Assist in branding and promotional activities

16. Coordinate with design/content teams for campaigns

17. Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies

18. Maintain customer database (CRM tools)

19. Handle customer inquiries and complaints

20. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
