∎ Age 26 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, including all instrumental analysis involved.
∎ Perform physical, chemical and instrumental analysis of finished products of all forms including liquid, cream and ointment, powder for suspension and parenteral preparations.
∎ Carry out real-time and accelerated stability studies for formulated products.
∎ Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents as needed.
∎ Perform trend analysis and compile Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) for materials and products.
∎ Prepare and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) and other required documentation.
∎ Develop and update technical dossier for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with export requirements.
∎ Implement and ensure adherence Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in compliance with local and international guidelines, including ICH, WHO and PIC/S standards.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
∎ Undertake any other assignments as directed by the Head of the Quality Assurance.
