Handling of workers & solving of in-process production/ packing problem.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring of storage area [Quarantine, Approved & Rejected], Environmental condition of RM store & sensitive area, Weighing & Dispensing of Herbs, Excipients, herbal RM & all PM, Verification of balances.
IPQA Monitoring of Liquid & Semisolid area (Process, Primary zone & secondary packing area),
IPQA Monitoring of Solid, Powder & ointment area (Process, Primary zone & secondary packing area),
Documentation (BMR, BPR, SOP, STP, Specification, Label Logbook, Deviation, change control, CAPA documents archiving & disposing)
