Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of knitwear construction, yarn types, knitting techniques, and garment finishing processes
• Extensive knowledge of apparel product design and development
• Substantial knowledge of various types of print, embroidery, and other garment technology
• Demonstrated proficiency in high-level product design skills, technical design, sketching, and creative application
• Proficiency in fashion-graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• A good grasp of contemporary fashion trends, coupled with the ability to forecast future trends effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales
• Innate capacity to generate novel ideas and innovative concepts
• Keen sense of product quality, creativity, innovation, assembly, and washing processes.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sample development, fabric selection, and production specifications
• Substantial understanding of garment constructions and patterns
• Strong analytical prowess, including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions from substantial amounts of data

• Be able to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects at once

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, translating these insights into innovative and competitive product offerings.
