Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Nutrition Science & Food Engineering/ Food Technology from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with good academic backgrounds from reputed public universities are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new bakery product and confectionary items.
∎ Develop processing systems for bakery and confectionary products
∎ Select and specify ingredients and raw materials for product development
∎ Selection and specify primary and secondary packaging materials for product development
∎ Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product
∎ Periodical analysis of product shelf life and set up product shelf life
∎ Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction
∎ Provide necessary documents and other support to cross functional departments
∎ Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Prior work experience in a food item manufacturing plant in Research and Development setting.
∎ Candidates should posses deep understanding of bakery/confectionary item food product design, processing, packaging and quality control process
∎ Experience in compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, GLP, GHP, FSSC, HACCP, BSTI etc.
∎ Good analytical ability of product RM, PM and proper documentation and record keeping .
∎ Experience and proven ability working productively with a team serving in Research & Development wing.
