Responsibilities & Context:
- Diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of printers across various brands and models, ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Provide both on-site (outdoor) and in-house (indoor) technical support for printers as required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all printer-related service calls and inquiries.
- Submit detailed service reports and updates to the Service Head on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of printer components, spare parts, and related technologies.
- Manage and support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) stock, ensuring regular follow-ups and proper documentation.
- Prior experience and expertise in servicing Epson printers will be considered a significant advantage.
