∎ Job Role & Responsibilities
∎ • Paratha Section: Oversee production, quality control, process optimization, and compliance with food safety standards.
∎ • Snacks Section: Develop and introduce new snack varieties, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ • Vegetables Section: Supervise freezing processes, ensure retention of nutritional value, and manage inventory.
∎ • Coordinate between supply chain, production, and sales teams.
∎ • Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, or BRCS standards.
