Responsibilities & Context:

General Summary:

Executive Public Relations (PR) Officer at Sarina Dhaka plays a pivotal role in driving typically revolve around managing the hotel`s public image and communication strategies to ensure positive brand representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the hotel`s brand image, services, and offerings.

  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage for the hotel.

  • Press Releases and Media Kits: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to announce hotel events, initiatives, and achievements.

  • Crisis Management: Prepare for and manage crisis situations that may affect the hotel`s reputation, including crafting responses to negative publicity or incidents.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the hotel`s social media channels, creating engaging contents, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations about the hotel and Live for product promotions.

  • Event Management: Coordinate PR events, press conferences, and media tours to showcase the hotel`s facilities, services, and achievements.

  • Brand Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other brands, influencers, and organizations to enhance the hotel`s visibility and reputation.

  • Internal Communication: Ensure consistent messaging and communication across all departments within the hotel, keeping staff informed about PR initiatives and developments.

  • Community Relations: Engage with the local community through sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and participation in community events to foster positive relationships and enhance the hotel`s reputation.

  • Monitoring and Analysis: Track media coverage, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the PR budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize the impact of PR efforts.

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies and sales objectives.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR techniques to ensure the hotel remains competitive and relevant in the market.
