Responsibilities:
Public Relations Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the hotel`s brand image, services, and offerings.
Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage for the hotel.
Press Releases and Media Kits: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to announce hotel events, initiatives, and achievements.
Crisis Management: Prepare for and manage crisis situations that may affect the hotel`s reputation, including crafting responses to negative publicity or incidents.
Social Media Management: Oversee the hotel`s social media channels, creating engaging contents, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations about the hotel and Live for product promotions.
Event Management: Coordinate PR events, press conferences, and media tours to showcase the hotel`s facilities, services, and achievements.
Brand Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other brands, influencers, and organizations to enhance the hotel`s visibility and reputation.
