∎ Must have Experience in Ophthalmic, sterile (Eye/Ear Drops) and injectable products development and market stretegy
∎ Sound knowledge of pharma product development and market strategy
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
∎ Good understanding of GMP, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas
∎ Must have Experience in Ophthalmic, sterile (Eye/Ear Drops) and injectable products development and market stretegy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, update, and manage promotional materials for Ophthalmic, sterile (Eye/Ear Drops) and injectable products
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor products to support product positioning
∎ Plan and execute product campaigns in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs
∎ Prepare training content and conduct product knowledge sessions for the field force
∎ Collaborate with production and quality departments to understand technical product details
∎ Coordinate with medical team for clinical data and literature review and prepare report for new products.
∎ Assist in pricing strategy and product life cycle management
∎ Monitor product performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
∎ Prepare dossiers and product documents as needed for local and export markets
