• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

• GMP Certification

• Supervise all factory activities and affairs from raw materials to finished medicines—ensuring smooth, safe, and timely production

• Look after all administrative affairs of the Factory (Administration, Human Resources, Accounts, etc.)

• Look after local affairs of the factory (local leaders, Police Station, Municipal/City Corporation, etc.)

• Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and local/international regulations (WHO, DGDA) to guarantee every product is safe, pure, and effective.

• Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing schedule to meet production targets on time and within budget.

• Plan budgets, reduce waste, and use machinery, materials, and energy wisely to save cost without compromising quality.

• Enforce a strong safety culture. Ensure all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies are followed to prevent accidents and protect employees and the environment.

• Schedule regular checks and repairs for machines to avoid breakdowns and delays.

• Continuously look for ways to improve production methods, quality, and efficiency. Implement modern manufacturing technologies where possible.

• Ensure full compliance with all Bangladeshi laws (Factory Act, Labor Law, Fire Safety law, etc.) and pharmaceutical regulations (DGDA, WHO, etc.)

• Prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Oversee the maintenance plan for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
