• Proven, analytical and organizational skills    
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to balance and independently manage the workload that includes multiple concurrent priorities
• Self-motivated, able to set and deliver to deadlines·     
• An enthusiastic and flexible approach: able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaboratively across the entire organization     
• Able to work flexibly in terms of hours and travel to the company plant

• Plan & Execute total 3 production units, 65 lines (2.7 Million pcs per month) using "Fast React" Planning tool.
•  Maintain $17 million FOB cash flow per month as a target from management.
• Focus and Achieve 100% OTD.
• Reach 100.6% order to ship as a whole group and factory highest as 102.6%.
• Plan to maintain 98% cut to ship ratio.
• Initiate, drove and achieved the record amount earning with the help of the management and production unit heads.
• Analyze backlog, detect problems, and raise alerts to the organization or respective team.
• Ensure the garment raw material delivery as planned.
• Look for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and earnings along with the factory management and implement the agreed steps.
