∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fast react planning, Garments Planning, Planning and execution, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Execute total 3 production units, 65 lines (2.7 Million pcs per month) using "Fast React" Planning tool.
∎ Maintain $17 million FOB cash flow per month as a target from management.
∎ Focus and Achieve 100% OTD.
∎ Reach 100.6% order to ship as a whole group and factory highest as 102.6%.
∎ Plan to maintain 98% cut to ship ratio.
∎ Initiate, drove and achieved the record amount earning with the help of the management and production unit heads.
∎ Analyze backlog, detect problems, and raise alerts to the organization or respective team.
∎ Ensure the garment raw material delivery as planned.
∎ Look for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and earnings along with the factory management and implement the agreed steps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven, analytical and organizational skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills including the ability to balance and independently manage the workload that includes multiple concurrent priorities. Self-motivated, able to set and deliver to deadlines
∎ An enthusiastic and flexible approach: able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaboratively across the entire organization
∎ Able to work flexibly in terms of hours and travel to the company plant
