Job Context:
∎ A Renowned export-oriented Wash factory looking for some potential applicants for Human Resource Department.
∎ Job Location: Hotapara, Gazipur, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll Related work (Payroll Software) Such as salary sheet preparation, pay slip print, bonuses, earn leave calculation, and final employee settlement, etc.
∎ Compliance Related Work.
∎ To assist Employee Relation related tasks.
∎ Need to draft letter in Bangla or English (Disciplinary, show cause, etc)
∎ Assist to prepare Increment Sheet / Promotion sheet (Management/Non-Management Staff).
∎ Employee Personal File Management (Regular Staff & Foreign Staff).
∎ Input necessary information in HRMIS of all personal files.
∎ Assist to recruit the right people at the right place by maintaining proper recruitment policies & procedures.
∎ Any other task given by the Department Head/Management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
