Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Work more effectively in problem solving and delegation approach
∎ Ability to stay in the field and travel to designated project sites
∎ Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
∎ Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
∎ Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
∎ Managing multiple cases at one time.
∎ Obtain training and maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies and current issues.
∎ Facilitate proper documentation of all required documents from tender invitation to supply completion.
∎ Strong planning, supervising, and program development skills
∎ Analytical and critical thinking skills
∎ Understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and process documentation
∎ Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
