∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Certified HR Professional or having Post-Graduate Diploma in HR (PGDHR) would be preferable.
∎ Minimum 08 years of relevant experience with 3 years’ experience in similar role (Recruitment & Selection) in a reputed Bank.
∎ Experience with various talent sourcing channels, techniques and tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
∎ Excellent knowledge in industry HR Practices and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, HR Operations and other HR aspects.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills & ability to handle complex situations, prioritize & cope with wide range of duties & flexibility to deliver within short deadlines.
∎ Expert in MS Excel & Other MS Office Applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective Recruitment & Selection strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
∎ Drive & manage end-to-end recruitment & selection processes, from application sourcing to on boarding of required manpower on time.
∎ Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for online job applications and other recruitment tools effectively to build a robust candidate pipeline as well as creating cv bank for future reference.
∎ Short-list applications (resumes), conduct phone screens, organize interviews and negotiating employment terms.
∎ Receive and analyze manpower requisitions by checking with approved headcount budget and act accordingly.
∎ Check and update job descriptions and job specifications.
∎ Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
∎ Act as key contact point and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment process.
∎ Prepare & complete all necessary recruitment documents as per the Bank’s policy.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine recruitment strategies.
∎ Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.
∎ Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance bank’s image as an employer of choice.
