∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sale Consumer Goods Items Like as Tiles, Sanitary Item, Door Etc.
∎ Achieve the monthly, quarterly, annual sales target of the region.
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ Analysis and solve problems come from retailer and customers.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and presentation, sales target.
∎ Ensure superior customer service through regular field visit
∎ Develop de-growth territory & retailer management
∎ Dealer monitoring, handling, target setting and achieving;
∎ Marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising;
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends;
∎ Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
∎ Monitoring responsible area's dealer and achieving sales target;
∎ To build a strong relation with area's hardware shops for increasing sales;
∎ Consult with other executives, staff and board members about general operations;
∎ Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects;
∎ Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans;
∎ Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results;
∎ Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services;
∎ Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in Marketing of Ceramic Tiles & Door at least 2-3 years.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to take on responsibilities as well as challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Ability to ride motorbike.
