∎ Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Prime Bank Foundation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual must have excellent computer literacy.
∎ Must be able to troubleshoot all IT Equipment, solve and install any kind of hardware/software/network/windows operating system/ windows program problem.
∎ Provide IT support for desktop and laptop.
∎ Must be able to set and troubleshoot CCTV system, configure attendance machine & ensure maintenance of changing accessories.
∎ Handle setting/problems of Internet, Email services, Router and switch, Back office and Server maintenance.
∎ Communicate with ISP and software Provider Company.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Must be able to teach others basic computer operations and knowledge
∎ Monitoring and maintaining Computer systems, Networks and CCTV.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), SQL Server, MySQL, PHP, Wordpress, HTML, and JavaScript.
