  • M.Com/ MBS/ MBA in Accounting / Finance with CA (CC).

  • Computer skill: Must have the basic knowledge of Computer, especially, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and other software packages.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job context: The incumbent Executive Officer (Finance & Accounts) will serve in the Finance & Accounts Department of Head office. She/he should have ability to prepare quotations in his own capacity.

Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & other registers related to finance & Accounts.
  • Maintain Company financial transaction, posting in ledger.
  • Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare and timely submission VAT Return
  • Track bank deposits and reconcile client ledger with CRD
  • Various MIS Reports Preparation
  • To prepare Financial Statements (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly).
  • Preparing and maintaining income statement, Equity statement and financial position.
  • Report all accounts, finance & operation related activities to the accounts department.
  • Any duties assigned by the seniors and the Management when and where needed.
