Skills Required: Additional Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts department of any insurance company.
The Executive Officer should possess a strong personality, exposure & basic knowledge of insurance.

Must have good oral and written communication skill in English.
Computer skill: Must have the basic knowledge of Computer, especially, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and other software packages.

Responsibilities & Context: Job context: The incumbent Executive Officer (Finance & Accounts) will serve in the Finance & Accounts Department of Head office. She/he should have ability to prepare quotations in his own capacity.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & other registers related to finance & Accounts.
- Maintain Company financial transaction, posting in ledger.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare and timely submission VAT Return
- Track bank deposits and reconcile client ledger with CRD
- Various MIS Reports Preparation
- To prepare Financial Statements (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly).
- Preparing and maintaining income statement, Equity statement and financial position.
- Report all accounts, finance & operation related activities to the accounts department.
- Any duties assigned by the seniors and the Management when and where needed.
