Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and support the co-ordination and delivery of the work of the MIS Team.
∎ Analyze and design of appropriate process, system and procedure for new application development with 'as is' and 'to be' process mapping.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis and reporting of sales data.
∎ Preparing management reports and dashboards by identifying business objectives in line with the company's top-level business strategies and plans.
∎ Assisting software development team by collecting proper business requirement from business process owners and users.
∎ Developing summary reports as per managements' requirement, from raw data stored in company's ERP system.
∎ Playing the central role in new system/software development by preparing proper Requirement Analysis and Design Definition (RADD) documents.
∎ Playing the role of system/software implementation SME (Subject Matter Expert), and coordinating with development team by addressing users' feedback.
∎ Acting as the focal point for any types of information that can be derived from ERP Application.
∎ Assist with all aspects of data, functionality and configuration of existing data models in ERP system or in every phase of new system development process, in conjunction with relevant members of Senior Management and end users through liaison with end users and development team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in excel based reporting and data analysis with VBA
∎ Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language
∎ Proficient with MS Access development
∎ Capability of Developing data models and documenting that graphs and flow charts.
∎ Preparing Flow Charts and DFD for new and existing business process.
∎ Knowledge of Business Process Management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company rules.
