Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors/ Masters, BBA/ MBA in MIS, Economics, Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of primary, secondary and tertiary sales data and generating necessary reports thereof
∎ Analyze sales data and stocks data of all distributors and create segmentation of fast moving and slow moving styles
∎ Create order v/s delivery and posting in the inventory management software on a daily basis.
∎ Continuously work with the software developer company to make software modifications, upgrades and fix bugs as per company objective
∎ Tracking trade offer, distributor receivables, distributor payables and various inflows and outflows.
∎ Manage the customer management program database
∎ Develop and implement all activities and plans for various sales promotions to achieve sales target
∎ Generate regular reports at regular intervals to the management in regard to priority areas
∎ Carry out sales audit (if required)
∎ Any other task assign by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, MIS, Product Management, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Retail
∎ Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in similar or related responsibility.
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Excellent Computer Skill
∎ Must be an expert in using Microsoft Office; Specially Microsoft Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skill
