Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ CA CC/ ICMA (Partly qualified) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Annual Business Plan (Budget).
∎ MIS preparation & Reconciliation with the system.
∎ Periodic Dealer Incentive & Trade promo policy assessment.
∎ Dealer Incentive calculation & recheck with the system.
∎ Dealer trade promo calculation & rechecking with system
∎ Preparation of Dealer Price Compensation.
∎ Product, segment and SKU wise Volume and GP Analysis.
∎ Variance analysis with Annual Business Plan (Budget).
∎ Bank Reconciliation as per requirement.
∎ Product wise & Business segment wise NSV calculation.
∎ Balance sheet preparation in the system
∎ HR financial report preparation.
∎ Preparing of RDL Sales & Collection Report.
∎ Reconciliation and updating the information in the system
∎ CASH Flow Preparation (Direct & Indirect).
∎ Price & GP checking time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office, Qlikview and IMAS.The job holder requires demonstrating abilities to be committed to stress targets, open and good communicator and team player, extensive knowledge of financial accounting processes and its effect on business.
