∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible to manage European & American buyers i.e., Decathlon, Wolverine, Fila, Deichmann, CCE, etc.
∎ To do product consumption analysis and pre-costing.
∎ Responsible for Sample query, CBD sheet, and order sheet for individual articles, and orders in the ERP system.
∎ Order management files have to maintain daily.
∎ Check and ensure every order is as per buyer requirements and confirm shoe delivery date.
∎ Weekly order status creation.
∎ Weekly order feedback creation from Buyer direct link for individual PO.
∎ To generate BOM (Bill of Materials ) for individual order sheets.
∎ Pre-costing BOM (Bill of Materials) cost calculation for final costing.
∎ Responsible for generating forecast materials based on forecast orders from buyers.
∎ Continuous communication with (Buyer + Material Supplier) to meet buyer requirements & ensure cross-functional activities with R&D, planning, and SCM team.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
