Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food and Nutrition
∎ Skills Required: Food Nutrition, food Safety
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of food menus for domestic and international flights.
∎ Documenting the recipe of all menus i.e., ingredients & nutrition value.
∎ Ensure all meals are prepared as per the standard recipe.
∎ passengers and crew menus by obtaining management approval.
∎ Work closely with Cabin Safety and Customer Service Departments to know the customer feedback and customize the menu accordingly with the approval of management.
∎ Take appropriate action on menu-related complaints received from flights.
∎ Source menu of other airlines to see the variations.
∎ Carrying out research and development-related work to improve food quality.
∎ Prepare Menu for Staff and obtain management approval.
∎ Circulating Staff Food Menu throughout the entire network of USBA.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Creativity
∎ Culinary knowledge
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Good communication skills both verbal and written
∎ Should have the habit to work under pressure
∎ Work in a team
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
