Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop food/drink and other FMCG products including packaging from the ground up.
∎ Develop pricing model to optimize profitability.
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch and ensure effective execution in sales channel.
∎ Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective
∎ Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and Budget.
∎ Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights.
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives of assigned portfolio.
∎ Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution.
∎ Visit market regularly to interact with sales force, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports.
∎ Understand research need and work with research team to effectively conduct the same.
