Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant field from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
∎ Prepare marketing plans to achieve company's targets
∎ Idea generation for content creation
∎ Writing and proofreading creative copy
∎ Maintaining database and looking at data analytics
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
∎ Managing social media platforms
∎ Prepare monthly report and provide feedback to supervisor on regular basis
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
∎ Periodically communicating with the existing clients to generate new opportunities.
∎ Gathering information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time
∎ Attending trade shows to represent the organization and engaging in other sales activities
∎ Generating new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience - At least 1 year in relevant field
∎ Age 25 to 40 years++
∎ No gender preference
∎ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
∎ Ability to solve problems independently and result oriented
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
∎ Mastery in Bengali and English to communicate effectively across the organization
