Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Training Contents and conduct TNA and Online/Class Room Training.
∎ Prepare EOI/RFP including methodologies, key study questions and detailed action plan.
∎ Prepare inception report, project logical framework, project document, and communication materials for assigned projects.
∎ Carry out field work for data collection to reach the objective of the assigned project.
∎ Meeting or interview or FGD with relevant target groups following the methodology developed by the consultant.
∎ Prepare final report or submit key deliverables of the assigned projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 7-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good understanding of gender, women's empowerment, gender equality and equity, local justice, and broadly human rights and governance in Bangladesh and of the world is essential. (For Consultants)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered based on the awarded training program or project size according to the expertise. In addition, fees will be paid to the consultant for preparing EOI/REP. Company will provide TA/DA for field visit and other activities related to the assigned projects. After selection, a contract agreement has to be signed by the consultants for enlistment with us.
