∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing plan.
∎ Making marketing & sales plan for Pre-Fabricated Steel Building.
∎ Responsible for developing & reaching new customers and retaining old customers.
∎ Manages customer relationships to ensure that customer needs.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ For all new clients, prepare a client brief for the Client Manager, effecting the handover of the relationship into the delivery phase
∎ To further develop relationships with existing business partners and identify and develop opportunities with new partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years in related field (preferable on steel structure)

Salary:
∎ Negotiable with Sales Commission

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile Bill, Lunch (Partly Subsidized), Yearly 2 bonus, Yearly increment
