Experience:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for knit and woven fabrics in local and international markets.
Promote and sell textile fabrics to garment manufacturers, buying houses, brands, and sourcing offices.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and long-term relationships.
Prepare and follow up on price quotations, fabric samples, and buyer inquiries.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms in coordination with management.
Conduct market research to understand current fabric trends, buyer requirements, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote sportswear, activewear, casualwear, and fashion fabrics.
Handle buyer meetings, factory visits, and online presentations professionally.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market demands to the production and R&D teams.
Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor order status from sampling to bulk production and final delivery.
Ensure fabrics meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Assist in resolving order-related issues such as quality concerns, delays, or claims.
Prepare sales reports, buyer follow-up records, and weekly/monthly performance updates.
Maintain proper documentation for orders, samples, costing, and buyer communication.
Support management with sales forecasts and market insights.
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and international textile standards.
Stay updated on fabric technology, sustainability trends, and compliance requirements.
Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, fairs, and business meetings.
