Responsibilities & Context:
- Marketing: Developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and designing and implementing marketing plans.
- Sales: Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, answering client queries, and maintaining client relations Online/offline customer communication
- Tracking: Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas, and creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Researching: Researching trends to inform strategies that can include advertising, public relations, and product development.
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
