Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing of Ceramic Tiles, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the assigned geographical area
∎ Focus on developing new dealers as well as retention of the existing dealers
∎ Assess customers' (dealers/individuals/projects/developers etc.) need and react immediately
∎ Ensure timely payment from dealers
∎ Conduct market research/survey to identify selling possibilities
∎ Keep good trade relationships with dealers
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Can do approach on selling products
∎ Should have multitasking ability
∎ Should be able to analyze problems and find ways to solve
∎ Good Communication & Negotiation skill
∎ Flexible to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Good at learning and have good willing to work
∎ Motorcycle driving license holding will add value

Salary:
∎ 12000 + TA + DA
