Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will work to expand on the portfolio of clients and will need to build relationships with prospective clients.
∎ This person should have technical knowledge about corporate culture and be responsible for sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart in appearance.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Experience in dealing with corporate clients.
∎ Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.
∎ Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/Understanding/Solution lead/Relationship Building qualities.
∎ Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/re-location services) however this is not a prerequisite.
∎ Quick to Adapt, Fast Learning ability.
∎ Good understanding of the HOUSING industry.
∎ You will need strong negotiating skills and an ability to estimate will give you an edge for the role.
∎ This will be a mixed office site-based position, so when you are not out visiting clients you will be expected to be in the office.
∎ Ability to work independently and also with a professional sales team.
