Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in offline marketing execution, including field marketing, events, and promotions
  • Strong understanding of local market activation and on-ground campaigns
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure alignment between online and offline campaigns
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage vendors and field teams effectively
  • Fluent in Bangla and English


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a motivated Offline Marketing Executive to manage and execute offline marketing, branding, and on-ground promotional activities. This role focuses on strengthening local brand visibility, driving user acquisition through offline channels, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us build strong local market presence and contribute to our goal of becoming one of Bangladesh’s most recognized e-commerce platforms.

 

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities including on-ground promotions, fairs, and local events to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of offline campaigns, including campaign planning, venue setup, logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure offline activities are aligned with overall brand strategy and ongoing campaigns.

  • Manage promotional offers and customer engagement activities in offline channels, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and positive customer experience.

  • Collect, track, and report customer feedback and complaints from offline activations, and work with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Liaise with external vendors and partners for printing, branding materials, event setup, and promotional support; ensure quality control and timely delivery.

  • Maintain and manage offline marketing materials inventory, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage across branches and events.

  • Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports, including execution summary, basic performance metrics, and key learnings for future optimization.

  • Support the execution of local market activation strategies to strengthen brand presence in key areas.
