Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals
∎ Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities
∎ Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
∎ Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and promotional content
∎ Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
∎ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and potential clients
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
∎ Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve business growth and revenue targets
∎ Providing support to the sales team by developing sales collateral, presentations, activity and proposals
∎ Assisting in the development of pricing strategies and contract negotiations
∎ Conducting regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats
∎ Using market insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions
∎ Preparing regular reports on marketing and business development activities, performance metrics, and ROI
∎ Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
∎ Managing and mentoring a team of marketing and business development professionals
∎ Fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
∎ Developing and managing budgets for marketing and business development activities
∎ Ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints
