∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
∎ Conduct research to understand markets to identify consumer trends & needs and determine how to position the company's brand
∎ Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition
∎ Work with Research and Development (R&D) team, factory and technical team to convert innovative business ideas into saleable products
∎ Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POSM to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
∎ Need to do product costing & pricing and work to increase Gross Contribution/Margin
∎ Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
∎ Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
∎ Track budgets for maximizing gains and reducing marketing costs
∎ Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability
∎ Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
