∎ We are looking for some experienced and self-motivated individuals, who will look after market research & planning activities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market and determine business/ customer segment wise market size and our market share.
∎ Analyze business segment wise national growth as well as our growth
∎ Analyze end to end (from source to end users) value chain and take initiatives to minimize overall operating cost of the company.
∎ Prepare internal and external bench marking report with regard to sales, growth, operating cost etc.
∎ Conduct market audit and take necessary steps to eradicate all sorts of malpractice.
∎ Initiate planning for market expansion and fix the strategy to materialize the same.
∎ Initiate different strategies to cultivate market.
∎ Plan Sales strategies to meet customers need.
∎ Prepare market related monthly MIS report for Managing Director.
∎ Meet the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as set by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and possess a high level of interpersonal & communication skills and analytical ability;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer( MS Excel, Word & Power point) literacy
∎ Experienced in ERP will be added as advantage
