∎ Own and Competitor data collection and visibility analysis.
∎ Customer complains collection
∎ Product nursing (Partially)
∎ Collecting competitor company's rate (DP, TP & MRP) and trade offer (Discount, Free, Display, Dumping and other) at first week of every month
∎ Market audit reporting
