Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Group. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ Executive, Logistic Support will be responsible for processing all BRTA and other registration-related documentation of the Commercial Vehicle (Foton) unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all documents related to new vehicle registration within the deadline.
∎ Frequently visit BRTA offices for operational works and maintain cordial relationships.
∎ Process route permits, fitness permits, and other relevant permits of all vehicles and provide documents to dealer/sales team/customer.
∎ Provide digital number plates to customers.
∎ Collect expired documents from customers/dealers, renew and return them to the customers/dealers.
∎ Process all relevant documentation for ownership transfer.
∎ Ensure renewal of registrations documents of all resale vehicles.
∎ Process insurance documents for all new vehicles and share with field force/customer.
∎ Make regular communication with the customers/field force on registration-related updates.
∎ Prepare relevant approvals and bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Relevant experience and knowledge of BRTA/vehicle registration process.
∎ Expertise in MS Office.
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
