Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Security Service Company Logistics & Supply Chain Support.
- Should have experience in handling all the Civil, Interior material, General Goods purchases.
- Conduct a weekly market visit to assess product pricing and quality per the line manager's instructions.
- Collecting requirements and preparing purchase requests.
- Collect quotations from local vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Issue purchase orders (PO) after approvals and ensure on-time delivery.
- Execute the Purchase as per the purchase order.
- Maintain procurement records and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Good experience in getting credit-based materials, purchasing, and labor/vendors.
- Preparing the payment approval form and ensuring that the advances, part payments, and final settlements are made to suppliers/Vendors on time.
- Ensure all procurement activities are as per company policies and audit requirements.
