∎ LLB / LLM degree with membership of the Bangladesh Bar Council.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fair Knowledge of land deeds, mutation, porcha, land measurements, and different surveys (DCRs), i.e. CS, SA, RS, BS, Title Deed, Baya Deed, Khatians, Dags, commissioning, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, Transfer & Registration of Property-Related Act, and others.
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Fair Knowledge of land deeds, mutation, porcha, land measurements, and different surveys (DCRs), i.e. CS, SA, RS, BS, Title Deed, Baya Deed, Khatians, Dags, commissioning, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, Transfer & Registration of Property-Related Act, and others.
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court cases, arbitration, and mediation.
∎ Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
∎ Vetting (Deed, Bia Deeds, Khatianss, Drafting of Deeds, Documents registry at sub-registry office, Mutation procedure at AC Land office, Land development rent payment at Land office, Miscellaneous case to the court.
∎ Drafting deed of land purchase and land sale, Baina, Deed of exchange, Lease agreements, Rental Agreements, Deed of mortgage, Deed of General, Irrevocable and foreign power of attorney Deed of Redemption and Revocation, different kinds of agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Tri-Party Agreements, documents creating charge on fixed and floating assets, Partnership agreements, etc.
∎ Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds bia-deeds, records, purchase, survey maps, khatians, dags, DCRs, of CS, SA, RS, BS, etc. mutation, documents, tax documents, and other legal papers and documents that are essential for the purity and genuinely the purchasable lands and their unhindered.
∎ Maintaining liaison with external authorities like Government & Non-Government authorities; External counsels/lawyers; third-party vendors and suppliers for legal matters
∎ Vetting contracts and land documents, drafting different legal documents.
