• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication & Negotiation skill
• Positive mindset to field visit
• Technical service in any Animal Health Company is preferable

• Develop and assist in the implementation of marketing strategy for new & existing products.

• Responsible for new product development.

• Responsible for preparing the annual promotional plan and developing items accordingly.

• Assist in preparing annual budgeting.

• Assist in set upmonthly sales targets of field forces.

• Responsible for all training & seminar related activities.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggests improvements.

• Encourage the sales team to sell a specific brand.

• Provide technical support to the sales team as required.

• Participate in S&OP meeting.

• Responsible for Key Account Management.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
