• BSc in Computer Science & Engineering·        

• BSC in EEE

• Configure new products, prices, and discounts on the system.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues such as barcode scanners and pos printers.

• Monitor network and internet connectivity across all retail counters.

• Perform daily data backup and ensure database security.

• Install and test software updates, patches, and new features.

• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Control user access levels and maintain data confidentiality.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to store staff.

• Train new employees in POS and retail management systems.

• Maintain Network cabling Infrastructure (LAN, WAN technology)

• Ensure the proper operation of all IT systems

• Troubleshooting and configuring office hardware including PCs, routers, switches, printers and other hardware peripherals.

• Maintain and service of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, etc.

• Installing and Update Antivirus, Operating systems

• Providing technical support outlet to outlet, via phone or physical Support

• Sound Knowledge on Access control Devices, NVR/DVR, Surveillance system
